Jason is currently the CEO of Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting and has an extensive background in supporting clients across industries with complex financial needs. During his career, he has worked with public and private companies in manufacturing, technology, professional services, agriculture, entertainment, and oil and gas. He has also served clients in both China and wider Asia, bringing a global perspective to his work.
Before joining Kellogg & Sovereign, Jason was a partner and served on the Global Leadership Team for Grant Thornton, and prior to that was a partner at an accounting firm in Houston, Texas, and also held roles at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas and Austin. With experience assisting clients with large international operations, Jason has built a reputation for delivering tailored financial solutions with expertise and care.
